Insurance & Billing
The Surgery Center facility fee does not cover professional fees for our physician, anesthesiologist, pathologist, radiologist, or any other assisting physician. It does not cover laboratory fees.
Uninsured and/or cash patients will be required to pay at the time of service or to make other arrangements. All deductibles and co-payments are due at the time of the service. You are responsible for all balances not covered by insurance.
Our staff will submit all insurance claims for your Medicare, Medicaid, and secondary insurance. Please provide our staff with all the necessary information and bring all insurance cards with you.
